Nickys Coal Fired Enrico The Oven

Nicky’s Coal Fired is the newest venture between award-winning chef/partner Tony Galzin and GM/partner Caroline Galzin.

The coal fire focused menu features dishes cooked in the four-ton oven, the first of its kind in Nashville. Coal fired pizzas are the focal point of Nicky’s menu, complemented by house-made pastas, charcuterie, and seasonally-driven antipasto selections.

The pizzas and shareable small plates highlight locally sourced ingredients from community purveyors. Housed in the Stocking 51 Building (formerly the Belle Meade Hosiery Mill), Nicky’s is a lively destination in the burgeoning Nations neighborhood of West Nashville.
